And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Hebrews 10:24-25
God never intended us to walk this out alone. We need each other. We have set up a private Facebook group where we can openly discuss what we have learned, issues we’re struggling with and questions we have. We hope you will join us as we seek God together.
Christian Mayberry’s life changed forever one day when he went on a four-wheeler trip with some buddies from school and was involved in an accident that left him unable to walk or talk.
Over the coming years Christian and his mom Kim trusted God to provide miracle after miracle, which he did. Thousands of people followed along with Christian’s journey on Facebook as they “Prayed for Mayberry”. He spends his time now as a motivational speaker, telling everyone he can about his encounter with the God who healed him.
Kim stresses the importance of the lesson of forgiveness that she learned through this journey. She explains how she could not go through life asking God for a miracle on one hand but harboring hatred and resentment on the other.
Next Steps
We’re better able to follow Christ together; whether that be in-person, via a video small group, or just chatting online.

You don’t need to have it all together. You don’t need to agree with everything we do. You don’t even need to be a Christian. The only requirements are that you have an honest desire to learn more about following Christ and treat others with respect. If this is you, we invite you to join us in discussing what it looks like to spend every day living as Jesus did.
